Favorites do not display hierarchy

Dear all,
I have got three hierarchy levels on my OUs, I have created my favorites with these levels separated by slash like A/B/C where A is the highest level.
After moving some OUs of lower level to different levels my favorites stopped to show some levels, even when I rollback to the places where they were before.
Should this be the problem or there was something else happened?
