Hi Knut – I hadn’t saved the Organization Units yet. I’ve done that now and don’t receive that error anymore – thanks!

There is still no data though – I’m guessing from your message that’s because I haven’t generated analytics yet – how do I do that?

Hi Rich,

My guess is you have not gone to Organisation Units -> Organisation Unit Level. Once there, you can keep the Level1, Level 2 labels or change to something more useful. Then save. After this, you would have to regenerate Analytics before you can use Pivot tables and the other outputs.
