Hi Bridget

Can you tell us more about your use-case? How are you importing? is it data
only, or metadata also? if data only, is the metadata synchronised? is it
aggregate or tracker data?

If its just a straight metadata import/export job, you can probably get
away with just updating to 2.19 (2.20) and applying the scripts as detailed
on our download page (dhis2.org/downloads)
