Hi Harivola,

my best guesses here are:

1. an integrity issue with the database related to attributes linked to a
program. Please check through the UI and/or the Web API that the attribute
with uid DELOOOYRXTI7W is not a member of the program multiple times.

2. you have duplicate uids for tracked entity attributes. I assume
DELOOOYRXTI7W was generated by yourself since its not a valid UID (it is
supposed to have 11 characters). Please have a look at this.
