Hi Dear All

 I am customising  DHIS2 Tracker to capture Leprosy Patient clinic visit in
Sri Lanka. When I try to Add patient in Find/Add Instance Its not adding
the patient and page is freezes. I try same in the DHIS 2 Demo - Sierra
Leone site. I make a program call Anti-Leprosy Campaign and had first
clinic visit as first stage . But  I got same results. I have attach the
screen shots and catalian.out log below.
In my local instance server I got NullPointerException at Catalina.out logs

My operating system is Ubuntu 14.04
server Tomcat 7
Data base Postgrasql 9.3
DHIS2 2.2  revision is 19829
