Yes, that would be a good start, I think - at least someone should be able
to tell us if that message is related to your problems (not sure it is,
unfortunately).

Perhaps sending to dhis2-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx is most appropriate. Are
you a member of these mailing lists already?
