Re: Fwd: dhis2-live password
OK so you will have to get access to the h2 database. Best to close
down the dhis-live server first. Then from the commandline you can
do:
java -cp webapps/dhis/WEB-INF/lib/h2-*.jar org.h2.tools.Shell -url
jdbc:h2:./database/dhis2 -user sa
that will get you connected. Note this assumes that the current
working directory is in your dhis-live folder. From there you can
update the password hash. On the latest dhis-live (which I just
downloaded) it is:
sql> update users set
password='$2a$10$ZnK2hycBfMOL9WNtzpp18.jKuWXRW4ubdWew6ckQNw7NBESjtXdFe'
where username='admin';
If you have an older dhis version then it will be using the older MD5
based hash, in which case you need:
UPDATE users set password = '48e8f1207baef1ef7fe478a57d19f2e5'
where username = 'admin';
Exit the console and restart dhis-live.
Good luck
Bob
