MySQL to Postgres Conversion

Is there a toolkit for migrating DHIS 2 database from MySQL to Postgres.I tried converting the MySQL tables 'As It Is' with necessary Datatype changes using an OpenSource tool FromMySqlToPostgreSql.
The DHIS comes up for Login but after login I get a blank page
