You don't see any thing on View Received SMS page ? Even if sms is not processable still it will saved (with UN-HANDLED status) as soon as it reaches this API end point . If you don't see any thing there, then this API endpoint is not reachable from sms gateway.

I'm able to send sms to user via Dhis SMS-apps, but when user sent SMS to report data i didn't see it.
