Hi Tony

There is nothing I see from that output that tells me what the issue is.
But I would do a full clean of the webapps directory, and try again. Also
make sure that only one instance is running.

If you are running anything but the very latest version of Tomcat7/8 I
would also upgrade that (I know there was some issues in earlier versions
of tomcat 7)
