1) Please join the dhis2-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mailing list and send
all emails to the list. Here is how to do it:

2) The reason you are getting that message is that you are trying to start
multiple instances of DHIS2 Live. There is no need to do this.

Just open your browser to http://localhost:8082
