Dears all

 

I have a problem with (Yes only) format for data element,

 

When data entry click the check box, data has been duplicated in repots,

 

I use simple data set as a test and  use one data element as (Yes only) and
the other as (option set) and fill on entry form in one day

 

But the data from yes only format sill duplicated

 

I use dhis2 version: 2.21
