Hi Pamod, Nami,

@Pamod, two issues:

1. Seems you have a problem with your organisation unit --- there are
orgunit names with newline character at the end. And that is breaking the
json format when loading orgunit names.

2. You have no cache level defined (see here
http://148.251.224.242:9081/leprosy/dhis-web-maintenance-organisationunit/organisationUnitLevel.action)
- I just set to 2 and that helped in loading orgunits. Tracker app is now
working. This is probably because with the cache level set, we avoided
loading those problematic orgunits.

@Nami,

I can't really tell the problem with your system. Some questions

   - How is your orgunit tree - is it big?
   - Can you also set cache levels?
   - What do you see under developer tools -> Resources -> IndexedDB - >
   dhis2ou -> ou & developer tools -> Resources -> IndexedDB - > dhis2ou ->
   ouPartial?
