Hello all,

We're setting up a DHIS2 installation for the first time and while
everything so far has worked well custom logo's will not persist. When I
upload the image then preview its the original DHIS logo I see. I suspect
this could be a file permissions problem, I hesitate to continue much
further as I fear that my configurations will be lost later as this
happened once after restarting Tomcat.

We are using Ubuntu Server 14.04 and following the pdf manual for dhis 2.22.

Any help on this will be appreciated.
