Hello Community,

We're at a point were we need to design metadata for an agriculture
database. The *Implementation Guide* seems to simply discusses concepts,
and the more practical *User Manual* says, *"The actual creation and
definition of the data elements themselves are far beyond the scope of this
manual to describe."*

I have to ask before digging any deeper, is there any other definitive
guide we can follow to come up with the metadata?
