Dear All,

I have problem regarding to orgunit. This happen after I clear caches on
DHIS2. Below is the picture of my orgunit apps, I provide some info on
console tab also.

This is what it's look like on Data Entry. I can not enter any data.

I'm using war file DHIS2 2.21 build version 21070.
Please help me. What did I do wrong? Is there any solution to this?
