Hi Aatish,

The Google Service API support has been introduced in version 2.24 (docs
<https://dhis2.github.io/dhis2-docs/2.24/en/implementer/html/dhis2_implementation_guide_en_full.html#d5274e960>)
and is not available for 2.21.
