Hi Chandrasekar,
Have you configured the meta data as Archana described? That means your
user needs to be directly assigned to an organisation unit that has a
program assigned to it. Also check that your user has the correct user
roles. If you're not sure which roles to give to user, you can log in to
play.dhis2.org/dev . In that DHIS2 instance you can check which user roles
the user 'android' has.
