Hello,
It is likely a customisation issue. With the information you have provided
it is difficult to pinpoint the actual problem. I am not sure for instance
the model of the device, the customisation e.g that is are your options
sets set to public view. Also i am not sure about the logs which are not
shared. It is likely you have to compare with an instance which is already
loading properly and follow through your customisation.
Perhaps someone else has an alternative.
