It seems that the option to move health facilities in the GIS module has
been removed - probably a good thing, since people inadvertantly move them
around inaccurately.  However, it seems that the GPS coordinates no longer
appear in the Organisation Unit maintenance app.

Is there any way to make such changes through the front end any more?
