I have tried the translation import on the demo version, and it was not working neither (still say “imported”, but then nothing…). 
 
Please find attached an abstract of our csv files.

Have you tried to import to https://play.dhis2.org/demo?

 

Can you share (maybe just the first couple of rows) your files?

For validation rules, the metadata import app does not even consider it…
For translation rules, it says that the translations has been imported, but they are not displayed… 
 
Any ideas?
