Dear Lise,

 

You will need to create two program indicators

 

1. Count the number of patients enrolled

2. Count the number of patients enrolled who are Female

 

Then go to Aggregate Indicators and create an indicator using program Indicators with Indicator 2 as numerator and Indicator 1 and denominator.

 

Then this can be analyzed in Pivot tables as an aggregate indicator
