I suspect, but am not sure, that you category option combinations are not
the same in the two instances.  Are you sure that this is the case?
Otherwise, you will see the data in the data values table, but it may not
show up in the data entry form itselt. Be sure that your category option
combination UIDs are exactly the same between the two instances.
