Hi Stanley,
actually I use this build of the 2.25
Version: 2.25 Build revision: *da6a2df Build date: 2017-02-02* 06:43
and I have this problem. I add and remove OrgUnits from the groups without
any problem.

Try to upgrade to the latest build of 2.25
