Dear Karina,

Since you have all the other steps right, you just need to add a program
stage notification and set up a message template, if this is missing in
your steps, add this:-

Within you program stages, use the stage that allows you schedule next
visits and set the notification template

An example below

When Analytics run at the scheduled time, the message will be prepared and
placed in outbound and at 8am will be send to the email of the Orgunit.
