DHIS2 2.24 GIS layer sequence

Hi DHIS Users,

We recently upgraded our DHIS2 instance from 2.18 to 2.24 and everything
works fine, only the layer on the maps is what has changed the sequence of
displaying the contents. As you can see the pictures attached. Should the
map be redrawn?
