Re: JRE_HOME vs JAVA_HOME
I assume this is on windows, according to a quick google.. both JRE_HOME
should be ok, but normally we always install the JDK..

As you said, this has nothing to do with DHIS2.. DHIS_HOME is the only
variable we require (as long as everything else is setup correctly)
