Unable to find Hide unapproved data in analytics in Setting

Dear All,

I am using DHIS2 2.26 in localhost and I am trying to configure data
approval.
But I am unable to find "Hide unapproved data in analytics" in Setting
app so all data is showing in analytics.

It would be highly appreciated if someone please prove some suggestions.
