Dear Precious,

You need:-
1. Ensure the sharing settings include the user you are using (Public vs
shared with user groups)
2. Assign to an Orgunit unit that is also assigned to the user account you
are using
3. Added to the user role assigned to the user you are using
4. Clear cache and check back
