I think Randy is referring to the demo of DHIS 2 objects embedded in an
external website, referred to and linked to as a "portal":
https://play.dhis2.org/portal/

I also have noticed that this no longer functions, and that embedding
analytic objects externally seems generally less supported lately, although
it continues to appear in the documentation. Perhaps these features will be
enhanced as Analytics continues to be overhauled in future versions.
