This issue is actually reported and is indeed not critical see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/diodon/+bug/1435033.

It usually happened the very first time after an installation that
nothing gets added. With your case though it seems this issue happens
after zeitgeist initializes its database the first time.

Added this information as this issue is now easily reproducible.
