However, the original code doesn't even use HttpUtility.UrlEncode, it uses its own encoding functionality.
Now that You mention it though, I rewrote the encoder to use HttpUtility.UrlEncode, and it also seems to work.
Feel free to test or examine the next patch or DLL.
