[Bug 301171] [NEW] twitter plugin fails to recognize credentials without restart

When I first set up twitter plugin, I could receive updates but not post. 
It said I haven't entered my credentials. (although I had entered them correctly in settings and hit "Apply" and got the "successful" message)

I needed to restart gnome-do and everything worked fine.
