The Files and Folders plugin throws an exception every time I type:

Do.FilesAndFolders.MoveAction "Move to..." encountered an error in SupportsItem: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for Do.FilesAndFolders.Plugin.
Do.FilesAndFolders.CopyAction "Copy to..." encountered an error in SupportsItem: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for Do.FilesAndFolders.Plugin.
Do.FilesAndFolders.MoveToTrashAction "Move to Trash" encountered an error in SupportsItem: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for Do.FilesAndFolders.Plugin.
Do.FilesAndFolders.NewFileAction "Create New File" encountered an error in SupportsItem: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for Do.FilesAndFolders.Plugin.
Do.FilesAndFolders.NewFolderAction "Create New Folder" encountered an error in SupportsItem: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for Do.FilesAndFolders.Plugin.
Do.FilesAndFolders.RenameAction "Rename file..." encountered an error in SupportsItem: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for Do.FilesAndFolders.Plugin.
