Ok, updated both do and do-plugins to 0.7.96.0 amd64. Removed all
settings files and gconf values before reinstallationg. Files and Folder
plugin is still borked. If I try to open the preference window for the
plugin I still recieve the empty window as in the original screenshot.
Also no Files or Folders are indexed.

Included the new debug output for starting Do the first time, activating
the plugin and opening the preference window.
