Looks like this is already in our documentation:

To use this plugin, activate Do and enter *Take screenshot* as the action.
Once you have selected the *Take screenshot* action (make sure you didn't
select the Take Screenshot application item), you can choose "whole screen"
or "current window" in the second pane.
