I marked the report as invalid as the original issue has been solved. If
you encounter other problem, please consider filing a new bug report.

I am not sure what happened when you upgraded to the PPA version. FYI:
if you did not manually remove your plugin folder (~/.local/share/gnome-
do/plugin-0.8.0) or a specific plugin file, even with new package
installed, the plugin file, which had been copied over to your home
folder, will not be refreshed.

When RTM plugin was not loading you info, did you try to open the
Preference dialog to "force" it to update?
