Please see the following outputs of gnome-do --debug

do_boot.txt is the output when I start gnome-do at boot time with a
custom script containing gnome-do --debug &> do_boot.txt

do_manual_start.txt is the output when I run gnome-do --debug &>
do_manual_start.txt after quitting Do

In the do_boot.txt, I waited a good while and Do was never able to
access my Remember The Milk account successfully.  In
do_manual_start.txt, I was able to see my lists right away by going to
the "Remember The Milk" command, and after a minute or two, I was able
to type in "Personal" to access my "Personal list" on RTM.
