The easiest way is, if you download the attached file and copy it to the folder:
~/.local/share/gnome-do/plugins-*/addins/Do.VolumeControl*/
Make sure you have the VolumeControl plugin enabled before copying the file and then restart gnome-do. After that you should have a new command called 'Maximize Volume'.
