Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ttf-arphic-uming

  I am using 8.10.

  The glyph for U+965D is wrong. The right-hand-side part should be
  “㚒”（大 + two “入”）. Now it's “夾”（大 + two “人”）, which is another
  character encoded at U+965C.
