Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

  This request came in from the ubuntu-doc IRC channel.

  In https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/internet/C/troubleshooting-
  wireless.html (and newer) an IP is used under "Check DNS" that belongs
  to somebody's private server.  This should be changed to something
  public, like an ubuntu.com IP.
