[Bug 1242626] Re: Steps to add 'alternative keyboard layouts' in 13.10

I have rewritten the keyboard-layouts page, and the new one is
committed.

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-doc/ubuntu-
docs/trusty/view/head:/ubuntu-help/C/keyboard-layouts.page

So I reassign the bug to me, John. (I should have noticed this bug
report before.)

Title:
Steps to add 'alternative keyboard layouts' in 13.10

Status in “ubuntu-docs” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
The steps detailed in the docs - https://help.ubuntu.com/13.10/ubuntu-help/keyboard-layouts.html - don't reflect what is in 13.10
In step 2, "Keyboard Layout" should be changed to "Text Entry"

Also, the last paragraph (You can also set a keyboard shortcut to
quickly switch between your selected keyboard layouts ... ) and the
"Custom Options" note doesn't apply as the "Options" link/button isn't
  there
