  MountWindowsSharesPermanently wiki entry update with option _netdev
  usage

Status in “ubuntu-docs” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After the ubuntu 12.10 to 13.04 update the mounting of cifs file
  systems during boot often fails as the mount happens before the
  network is fully operational. Option _netdev needs to be included to
  have the mount await an operational network.
