I'm not convinced this is a bug, especially not a bug in ubuntu-docs
(Ubuntu).

http://askubuntu.com/ is one good place to ask for help with using
Ubuntu.

  iwhen iamtrying to update fromubuntu from 13.04 to 14.04 lts i am getting this message.
  i am also unable update reqularly in 13.04
