[Bug 1346880] Re: I see help page in japanese!

The content of the Ubuntu official documentation web pages is returned
to the user in the language their browser asks for, if such language is
available. Please check your regional and language settings.

I also looked at the pages cached at google, and for me they were in US-
English.

Title:
I see help page in japanese!

Status in “ubuntu-docs” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
This page -and most of its links- are in japanese. Also some of links are in some europian language(greek?) https://help.ubuntu.com/14.04/ubuntu-help/
I thought this is my browser(or IP) related problem, but you will see it is indexed on google the same way.
