Ubuntu Software Center Help is part of the software-center package, and
hence maintained as part of that package. To propose an update of it,
please file a bug against software-center.

I don't think that a reference to Ubuntu Software Center Help from the
Ubuntu Desktop Guide would add much value. Leaving as is for now.

Bug description:
  In the "Ubuntu Desktop Guide", 
  on the page to add additional software (https://help.ubuntu.com/12.10/ubuntu-help/addremove-install.html),
  there is no reference to the "Ubuntu Software Centre" Help.

  Suggestion: 
  After the line: "7. A shortcut to you...", 
  add something like following text:

  "Note: A detailed Help is available for the Ubuntu Software Centre. To access it:
  1. from the Ubuntu Software Centre, 
    a. on the menu bar select "Help" and then select "Help" again; or
    b. press F1
  2. from this Ubuntu Desktop Guide:
    - on the menu bar, select "Go" and then "All Documents". Click on "Ubuntu Software Centre"
