Title:
SettingUpNFSHowTo does not cover different server/client versions
Status in “ubuntu-docs” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/SettingUpNFSHowTo
SettingUpNFSHowTo should cover in the autofs section the need for the
nfsvers= option to handle NFS servers that are of a different version
than the client. The lack of this option in auto.master, etc., causes
user id's to not be assigned.
