Title:
OpenLDAP Server should demonstrate ldapdelete cleanup commands for
  example ldapadd commands

Status in Ubuntu Server Guide:
  Invalid

Bug description:
In http://doc.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/serverguide/C/openldap-server.html, there are examples provided to novice users which modify the ldap database. The ldapadd and ldapmodify commands, should include ldapdelete examples to demonstrate how to cleanup the database, if needed. I've got the first four example deletions listed here:
  1. "As an example of modifying the cn=config tree, add another attribute to the index list using ldapmodify:"
     a) Why did we add this example attribute?
     b) How do we then remove the example attribute "olcDbIndex: entryUUID eq" we just added for an UNKNOWN reason?
  2. "ldapmodify can also read the changes from a file. Copy and paste the following into a file named uid_index.ldif:"
     a) Why did we add this example attribute?
     b) How do we then remove the example attribute "olcDbIndex: uid eq,pres, sub" we just added for an UNKNOWN reason?
  3. "Adding additional schemas to slapd requires the schema to be converted to LDIF format. Fortunately, the slapd program can be used to automate the conversion. The following example will add the misc.schema: "
     a) Why did we add this example schema?
     b) How do we then remove the "misc" schema we just added for an UNKNOWN reason?
  4. In the Populating LDAP section, example.com.ldif adds People, Groups and a John Doe.
     a) Why did we add this "complex" example John Doe with a "Gecos" attribute, etc.?
     b) How do we then remove the "John Doe" we just added, so that we can get to work?
