I'm not convinced this is a bug, especially not a bug in ubuntu-docs
(Ubuntu).

http://askubuntu.com/ is one good place to ask for help with using
Ubuntu.

Bug description:
  I have been having this problem of updating ubuntu stating unmet
  dependencies. It also seems adobe flash player has clashed.
