  Translation update

Status in ubuntu-docs package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid
Status in ubuntu-docs source package in Vivid:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  As a preparation for a full update of the vivid language packs in a
  week, the ubuntu-docs package needs to be rebuilt with updated
  translations. Hence this SRU request.
